This project to relaunch a traditional chocolate brand in a contemporary world was led by Nelly Wenger from within Nestlé Switzerland, in collaboration with the French architect Jean Nouvel and the Catalan chef Ferran Adria.
The modernisation of the brand sparked off a major debate between those in favour of updating the design and those who preferred to keep the old brand universe.
